What we will not claim
We do not sell phones as “like new” when they are not. A used phone has a history, and pretending otherwise is how people end up disappointed.
What we do instead is describe the condition accurately, grade appearance separately from function, and state the battery health before you buy rather than after.
Refurbished is not a protected term
