Order placed
Your order status shows as processing while our team prepares it. During exceptionally busy periods this can take a little longer than usual.

Quality checked and prepared
Your device is quality checked and packed before it goes anywhere. Some handsets need additional checks before dispatch, which is why certain product pages show a 3, 5 or 7 day delivery window.

Dispatched and tracked
You get a dispatch confirmation email with Royal Mail tracking details, so you can follow the parcel from our door to yours.

Delivery questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, using tracked Royal Mail. Orders placed outside working hours are processed during the next working period. Check the product page for the most accurate timescale for your specific device — some carry a 3, 5 or 7 day delivery window, and those timescales include the standard dispatch period. We may also have further delays, again check our site for any messages in the banner.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Every order includes free tracked UK delivery. There is no minimum spend.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking information as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch, so you can follow your parcel’s progress the whole way.
My order still says processing. Where is it?
Processing means our team has your order in hand and is preparing it. During exceptionally busy periods this can take slightly longer than usual. You will be updated once your phone has been quality checked and prepared for shipping.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Royal Mail will usually leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands?
Yes. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and remote locations wherever Royal Mail services operate.
Do you have a shop where I can see phones in person?
No, we are an online shop only. All stock is held securely for safety reasons and is not available to view before purchase — which is why every device is graded honestly and backed by 30-day returns.
