Devices are erased using MobiCode, with audit trails so you can evidence chain of custody. Applies to devices you send us as well as stock we supply.

Retired handsets sitting in drawers still hold value. We evaluate, buy back, refurbish or recycle them and return value to you rather than leaving it on a shelf.
Quality assurance
Every device goes through the same ten-stage inspection as our retail stock — IMEI and lock status via CheckMend, battery health, display, connectivity and component integrity.
Warranty and business support
An 18-month device warranty on eligible devices, plus a dedicated account contact rather than a general support queue. Turnaround terms agreed up front rather than discovered when something fails.
Multiple VAT schemes
We can supply under the appropriate VAT treatment for your circumstances. Worth raising early, as it affects the quoted figure.
The process
From device to deployment
Whether you are sending us a fleet to clear or ordering one in, the sequence is the same. Every stage produces a record, which is what makes the audit trail possible at the end.
Collection or sourcing
You send devices in, or we procure refurbished stock to your specification.
Inspection and grading
Each device is assessed, graded and any defects identified and logged.
Repair or component replacement
Failing parts are repaired or replaced before the device continues through the process.
Data erasure and security clearing
Certified erasure through MobiCode, with full audit logs retained against each IMEI.
Quality testing
Battery, display, sensors and connectivity checked against the same standard as our retail stock.
Packaging and deployment
Devices shipped ready to issue, or staged and preconfigured if that is what you need.

For most corporate buyers this matters more than the price. A handset leaving your organisation carries whatever was on it, and you need to be able to demonstrate that it does not any more.
Every device we process is erased to a defined standard, logged against its IMEI, and covered by a retained audit record. Devices beyond economical repair go to certified disposal partners under WEEE regulations rather than into general waste.
What you can evidence
Certified erasure against each IMEI. Audit reports supplied on request. Chain of custody maintained from collection to disposal or redeployment. That is the difference between telling an auditor a fleet was wiped and showing them.

What is the minimum order?
Corporate pricing starts at five units. Below that, standard retail pricing and terms apply.
Which brands and models do you supply?
Apple, Samsung, Google and Motorola in refurbished condition. If a specific model is not in stock, tell us the requirement and we will quote for sourcing it.
Can we return a batch that fails our acceptance testing?
Yes. Return terms for volume orders are agreed as part of the quote rather than applied from the consumer policy.
Does this support our ESG reporting?
Extending device lifecycles reduces e-waste, and we can supply the disposal and erasure records that make it reportable rather than anecdotal.
