The guarantee
Five standards behind every phone
These apply to every eligible device we list. Not to a premium range, not on request.
Individually tested
Each phone is checked for charging, display and touch response, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, connectivity and biometrics where supported — before it is listed.
Identity verified
Every IMEI is checked against CheckMend, the independent UK register, through our MobiCode diagnostics. It confirms a handset is not recorded as lost, stolen or blocked before it reaches you.
Secure data wiping
Previous user data is securely wiped using MobiCode and the phone prepared for a clean setup by its next owner. Every device, without exception.
Battery standard
Every phone we sell has a minimum of 85% battery health at the point of sale, with 12-month battery cover alongside the device warranty.
Clear cosmetic grading
The grade describes visible appearance, not whether the phone works. Functional testing is carried out separately, so the two are never confused.
UK-based support
A real team in the UK, reachable before and after you buy, who can review a fault or return and tell you what happens next.
